Terms and Conditions
Conditions of Sale:
1. Your sign will be installed within 24 hours of your proof being approved, if approved by 3:30pm For Illuminated Signs / Roof Installs please allow up to 72 hours for installation to be completed once you have approved your artwork.
2. #1RES installation days are Monday to Friday.
3. If your order is cancelled after artwork has been commenced, and artwork fee will be charged (min. Fee $90.00). If the order is cancelled after the sign has been printed, the total price for that product will be charged.
4. If installation instructions have not been provided at time of ordering or prior to your sign being installed, a relocation fee will apply if you request the sign to be moved.
5. All signs are hire signs only and remain the property of No.1 Real Estate Signage at all times and are not to be removed, relocated by any one other than a team member of #1RES.
6. Hire period of Small Flat, Small Slim, Tall Slim Signboards are max. of 4months, if no removal date has been set in this timeframe, the sign will be automatically removed, if agent requires sign longer a monthly hire fee will be charged at $45.00 per month will be charged.
6a. Large Flat, Large Slim, Large Curved & XL signs are maximum of 6months, if no removal date has been set in this timeframe, a monthly hire fee will be charged at $95.00 per month.
7. Hire period for Larger Signs (2.4×2.4 & 3.6×2.4) are max of 12months, if no removal date has been set in this timeframe, a monthly hire fee will be charged at $150.00 per month.
8. Any damaged caused to any #1RES sign by builders, contractors etc.. will be charged back to the real estate agent.
9. We strongly recommend that once your property has settled or you know the date it is due to settle please log into the system and set a removal date.
10. Trading terms are strictly net 30 days, anything past this could result in signs being removed and your orders placed on hold until full monies overdue are paid.
11. A repeat of missing signs by any agent will result in that agent paying the replacement cost of the sign – Eg: Small Slim – $120.00 / Large Flat – $250.00 / Larger Signs – $1500.00 – to eliminate this being charged please refer to number 9 of the Terms & Conditions.
